Why is the cabin camera view not showing?
You may have accidentally disabled the video and audio recording for the cabin camera. Please press and hold the down button or go to settings to enable the option of Cabin Camera Recording.
Why does the cabin camera view sometimes flash purple?
The purple flashing issue may be caused by infrared (IR) devices inside your vehicle. Common sources of infrared interference include:
1. Automotive interior lighting with infrared features
2. Rear-view mirrors with built-in IR sensors or cameras
3. Parking sensors or cameras with infrared functionality
4 GPS devices with IR or proximity sensors
5. Infrared-based car alarms or security systems
6. Infrared communication systems (e.g., infrared headphones with car audio/video equipment)
We recommend temporarily removing or turning them off to verify.
Can I hide the date, time, and GPS speed on the lower part of the recording interface?
Yes, go to settings and disable the "Show Date & Time" and "Display Speed Alarm" options.
